What this site is

This website describes our music publishing administration service. It is information, not a contract. Nothing here creates an administration relationship or grants either of us any rights in your songs.

The signed agreement governs

We only administer a catalog under a written agreement signed by you and CHOIS MUSIC, INC.. The fee, the term, how and when you are paid, and every other right and duty are set by that agreement. If this site and your signed agreement ever differ, the signed agreement wins.

Rates and terms can change

The rates and terms described on this site are the ones we offer today to new clients. We may change them for future agreements. Changes to this site do not change an agreement that has already been signed.

Names of societies and services

Names of collecting societies, platforms and other organizations appear on this site to describe where publishing income comes from. They belong to their owners. Their appearance here does not mean those organizations sponsor, endorse or are affiliated with us.

No guarantees of income

We work hard to register and collect, but we do not promise any amount of income or any result from a society, platform or licensee. Timing and payment by third parties are outside our control.

Using the site

The site is provided as is. Please do not misuse it, copy it wholesale, or try to get into areas that are not public.
